Respecting yourself 🙏🏽

And understanding that with less is more

Allows you to see that all you really need

Is those that are locked in

I need a couple friends around me

That show up every day in about the life that they live

Because they allow me to become a better version of myself

They allow me to thrive around them

The vibration the aura is all in alignment with the best version of myself

And that happens when I respect myself enough to say that I can only have exceptional individuals around me

It's not that I don't like the people who aren't there yet

It's a different way of lead to show that I'm intentional with everything that I do

I'm the best vessel that I can be

I continually evolve and become something that I haven't been in the past

Because I am constantly reminded of the man I was yesterday and the generational pain that I kept repeating

If it meant you would expedite your growth?

That's a question that popped up for me multiple times on my journey

When I started my podcast 8 days before my daughter was born

I was focused on becoming a better father and husband but had no clue what work that entailed

As I created my brand and developed my podcast

I decided that I was going to be honest and let people in

I could of sold out and said what people wanted to hear

But instead I told the uncomfortable stories

I focused on healing and showed where I'm at on each step of my journey

Two years later and my daughter still appears on my podcast episodes

I'm not changing who I am for someone else's
