June's mobile food pantry is Tuesday the 9th, and reservations are open

Same setup as always — Muscatine Church of Christ, 1:30 to 7:00 PM. You can grab a time slot online (link's in the comments) and you'll get a QR code to make check in a breeze and guarantee your box. Or, just drive up whenever works for you.

If you know someone who could use a box this month, send them this way. You can even pick up for them if they can't make it — just let the volunteers know when you check in.

April's Mobile Food Pantry is Tuesday the 7th, 1:30–7:00 p.m. at Muscatine Church of Christ. Reservations are open now through the new online system—reserve a time slot, get a confirmation, skip the line.

Walk-ins still welcome on a first-come basis starting at 1:30.
The pantry serves around 600 families a month through the drive-through format. No paperwork, no income check. If you need a box or know someone who does, the link's below.

Volunteers needed Monday night for packing (6–8 p.m.) and Tuesday for distribution. Good people, it moves fast.

Last year, Williams Middle School Davenport's Jaydin Lamin went coast-to-coast in a game against the 7th grade Susan Clark Junior High Muskies and the whole place lost it. The clip went viral. People couldn't stop talking about it.

Last night, he came back. Same gym. Same Muskies. Six points this time.

When Wyatt Anderson saw him check into the game, Jaydin's mom heard him call out "I've got 0" — and recognized him as the same player who guarded her son last year.

Some things are worth doing twice.

14 tons of food. Over 16,000 items. 1,110 families served.

That was the Mobile Food Pantry's holiday season—more than 16,600 individual items distributed in 5 weeks.

February's distribution is Tuesday the 3rd. Reservations are open now at muscatinechurch.org.

The Muscatine Mobile Food Pantry returns TOMORROW, Tuesday, January 6th — time slots from 1:30 PM to 7:00 PM at Muscatine Church of Christ (3601 Mulberry Ave).
Two ways to get food:
✅ RSVP online for a guaranteed box (some slots still open — link in comments)
✅ First-come, first-served boxes available starting at 1:30 PM — check in at the Palms Theater parking lot

No income requirements. No ID needed.

Heads up: The 1:30 and 2:00 time slots are already full. Afternoon slots (3:00 PM and later) have plenty of openings..
