# Making Strides for Mental Health 5K and Family Fun Day Featured on Green Country TV

Green Country TV is featuring coverage from **Making Strides for Mental Health**, a local **5K and Family Fun Day** hosted by **Green Country Behavioral Health Services** in Muskogee.
The event brought more than **100 runners** to **Depot Green** for a positive day focused on mental health awareness, wellness, movement, and community connection.
But this event was about more than the 5K. Families also enjoyed **bounce houses, games, and fun for the whole family**. Several booths were also set up during the event, offering health-related information and community resources for those in attendance.
