At IRH, we want our interns to experience their location to the fullest not just through their work, but by getting out, exploring, and experiencing the culture that makes each place unique. 🌎✨

For our interns here in Pigeon Forge, that means getting to experience the beauty of Gatlinburg, the Great Smoky Mountains, Tennessee traditions, local food, and all the fun that comes with calling this place home for a season! 🏔️🤠🎶

And as the season begins to wind down, we’re squeezing in one last hoorah for Tiana before she heads back home next week! 🇧🇬✈️

Tiana and Mateo have put in the work this season, and we hope they’ve enjoyed their experience as much as we’ve enjoyed having them here. We hope you’ve learned, explored, grown, and made memories that will last long after your internship comes to an end. 🤍

Last week, our Coastal/Flora-Bama IRH residents headed out on the water for a dolphin cruise! ☀️🐬 From beautiful coastal views to spotting dolphins, it was the perfect day to relax, explore, and make memories together.

IRH Foley residents enjoyed the afternoon at an exchange day picnic, todays celebration was one to remember for sure!🌎

A huge thank you to the amazing Chamber and our local CSG’s for hosting such a wonderful event that our residents could attend and have a wonderful time.
From a picnic by the water and fun games to great food, and ending with a sweet treat at Matt’s IceCream, it was the perfect way to come together.

There's nothing better than sharing our cultures, learning from one another, and making memories filled with laughter and friendship. Thank you to everyone who helped make this day so special!

Days like today remind us that every culture has something beautiful to share, and every conversation helps bring us closer together.
