Joey O'Connor, owner of 90+ Myrtle Beach / Grand Strand area websites (more info at JoeyOConnor.com) is seeking a self-starting, outgoing, and motivated individual in the Myrtle Beach Area of South Carolina, to attract new clients by promoting and marketing directory listings to one of his new online properties - MyrtleBeachSouthCarolina.net

Duties:

To prospect and identify potential clients (professional individuals, small businesses, and large companies) that are located in Myrtle Beach and contact them by any means necessary including, but not limited to, cold-calling by telephone, emailing, social media messaging, networking, and in person contact, to encourage them to add their business listing to our network - with a reasonable and obtainable goal of 30 added business listings per month - that's only just 1 per day average!

Requirements:

* Minimum of one (1) year working in Sales, Advertising, or Customer Service with a minimum of one (1) year in Media/Online sales experience preferred, AND/OR any other sales experience OR proving your ability to have the "drive" to make a sale.
* Knowledge of the Myrtle Beach / Grand Strand Area.
* Ability to communicate in a clear, concise manner, either by phone, email, or in person.
* Understanding of computers, internet, email, social media, submitting electronic forms, etc.
* Must live in the Myrtle Beach / Grand Strand area.
* Must have a Smartphone with Voice/Data Plan.
* Must have a Computer - a Laptop or Large Tablet is preferred.

For business sign-ups, there are no monthly charges and no yearly renewals - just a one-time payment to be listed and shown forever! -- Businesses receive a discount signing-up thru our independent sales reps over our website pricing which is a great incentive to make sure they sign-up thru an independent sales rep.

Independent Sales Reps make $50 commission for each newly added client/company that signs-up. Part-time independent sales reps can work a minimum of only 1 hour per day if they would like - thusly making $50/hour if and when they get 1 business per day signed-up to the network.

Independent sales reps don't have to do anything other than encouraging a business to sign up. Adding information and setting-up new business profiles on the website/network is handled by admin/staff.
