A huge congratulations to my clients on the purchase of their brand-new construction home in The Forest at Black Bear!

They moved here about a year ago, got settled into the area, and then decided it was time to stop paying someone else’s mortgage and start building equity in a home of their own. Smart move — and definitely more exciting than renewing another lease. 😂
