SFA Director of Athletics Michael McBroom announced Friday the hiring of Matt Braeuer as the men's basketball head coach. Braeuer becomes the 13th head coach for the program.

We have our guy. Can't wait to meet him and learn more about his coaching style, his playing philosophies, and just him in general! We want to give our biggest hug and thank you to Tony and the rest of the current coaches for all they've done and especially this season for hanging in there when times got tough. We appreciate you more than you'll know. 💜🪓😭
