Happy Valentine’s Day from Ghost Image Solutions! An aerial shot of the Tappan Zee Bridge in Rockland County, New York lit in pink for the holiday. This photo was taken on the new DJI Mavic 4 Pro from about 300’ above the Hudson River!

With the recent snowfall in Rockland, I figured this would be the perfect opportunity to get some of those “artsy” shots I’m always after with my Sony A6700 mirrorless and my DJI Mini 2SE drone. Taken around Tackamack Park in Blauvelt and the surrounding area. Winter is my slow season, so I like to take time once in a while to get back to my roots in artistic photography!

I haven’t posted in a while. But tonight I decided to travel to Brooklyn to photograph the 2025 World Trade Center Tribute in Light from Pebble Beach. 24 years ago, our nation suffered one of the most heinous acts of violence we have ever seen. We must never forget those lost on that tragic day, and we must never forget the following days when we separated our differences and came together as Americans. Mall all those who perished on that day rest in peace, and may their memory live on forever.

Hark! The Herald Angels Sing! The Rockefeller Center Angels constructed in 1955 by artist Valerie Clarebout have been installed around the holidays every year since. I was fortunate enough to be able to photograph them in 2019. Merry Christmas from Ghost Image Solutions!

I was recently in Washington State spending time with my family and celebrating my grandmother’s life. I didn’t get too many photos that I’m gonna share publicly, but here’s a couple landscape photos showing the evergreens that are such a staple of the area. And of course my cousin’s rare 1993 Jeep Wrangler Renegade that she drives daily!

A couple shots of some really cool ships taken on a vacation a few years back. The first one is the Charles Morgan, a whaling ship constructed in 1841 that was in service for over 80 years. And the second is the Shenandoah, a schooner in Nantucket Bay in Martha’s Vineyard used as an educational cruise ship for students in the area.

All abandoned. The former site of the Kolmar Plant in Port Jervis, NY was a repurposed lodge and was established in 1942 as a cosmetics manufacturing facility. The site closed in 1995 and has sat in ruin ever since.

Some more fall foliage from a trip to Orange County recently. The Hawks Nest in Port Jervis, The Bear Mountain and Popolopen Bridges taken from the Fort Montgomery State Historic Site, Harriman State Park, and to top it all off, I was lucky enough to witness an absolutely gorgeous rearview mirror sunset on I-84.
