Getting to know your audience is like getting to know your friends!

One question I always ask friends and family is “how do you take your coffee?”

Getting to know your audience is a lot like getting to know your friends. ☕️

One question I always ask friends and family is, ‘How do you take your coffee?’ — because understanding their preferences helps me serve them better. The same goes for your audience!

When you know what they love, what they need, and how they engage, you can give them the best content, tips, and value they crave. It’s all about making it personal and meaningful.

So, have you found out how your audience takes their “coffee”?

Some ways I have done this for clients is:
✨Starting conversations in the DMs with people who have engaged on stories.

✨What questions have people asked on your posts?

✨Add polls on your stories to ask your audience questions and then answer them in your posts.

✨What posts have the most engagement? That content is what is resonating with them most.

It’s been a year since working with & .lea my amazing brand strategist and I can say that I couldn’t feel more grateful for the amazing humans I’ve met.

Every time I leave an Accelerator Event in Nashville I feel like I got a big hug professionally & and emotionally.

Fun fact: I started working with Biale in 2018, just after completing my second harvest at Beringer. I began as a Marketing and Sales Assistant, and over the years, I grew into the role of Events and Social Media Coordinator. This experience, along with creating profitable strategies during COVID, gave me valuable insights into winery operations and enhanced my skills in marketing and social media writing. In 2021, I transitioned to running my own business full-time but continued to support the Biale team as a consultant.

At Biale, we strive to think outside the box while staying true to our brand. We focus on educating our audience and celebrating the beauty of producing Zinfandel and Petite Sirah in a Cab-dominated region. Instead of a "salesy" approach, we share stories about field blends, the significance of farming old vine Zinfandel, and show appreciation for our community of Zin lovers.

If you’ve never visited Biale, it’s a must-see in ! You'll feel right at home during a tasting experience, and if that doesn’t win your heart, the delicious wines certainly will!

Laces and Limos – a European adventure right here in Napa Valley wine country. This was hands down one of the best experiences I've had since moving here in 2016! Here are some photos I captured during my experience with the lovely , , and !

Laces and Limos is the brainchild of husband-and-wife team Chel and Dieter. Dieter, a European-trained pastry chef, and Chel, with a background in food marketing, have combined their passion for travel and hospitality to create unforgettable, personalized TukTuk tours in wine country.

Our adventure included a stop at John Anthony Vineyard's Church for food and wine experience, followed by a magical afternoon in the vineyards enjoying Ru Vango rosé and a perfectly curated luncheon. And yes, it was all gluten-free—because ya girl has Celiac Disease!

is the best, ’s clothing is amazing, and Libby and Mafe modeled to perfection! It was a blast to be able to come back to Saratoga and collaborate with other creatives to learn more about photography.
