Today was yet another reminder of how important it is to be around your PEOPLE. Personally and professionally.

If you know me, you know this year has brought more change than any other in my career as a top agent at Coldwell Banker. The integration into Compass International Holdings has been the most recent change, but the one I’m most excited about.

Two incredible women in high level roles within my brokerage came to Chicago today to speak, not about numbers or stock performance or even about me, but about YOU - my clients, past + present + future ones. About how this integration of new tech and strategy will better serve you.
