🎶✨ Yesterday, we hosted our very first Artist Experience at Mays Music Centre — and what an evening it was.

It was an intimate evening of connection, with beautiful and soulful performances shared over appetizers and wine. We had the privilege of showcasing two powerful up-and-coming voices from our community, Zoe Denson and Tariq Deshaun, whose journeys inspired us all.

A special thank you to our MC, Davonte Sanders, who captured the spirit of the night perfectly:

💛 📚What an amazing Back 2 School Bash! 🎒💛
This year’s event wasn’t just about school supplies—it was about celebrating our students and families. Over 150 kids left with the tools and confidence they need for the year ahead, thanks to free backpacks, supplies, haircuts, and empowering messages.

We are so thankful to the families who came out, shared smiles, and made the day so special. Your energy and joy are what make this community shine!✨
A special shout-out to children’s author Amy Logan , who shared her book A Girl With A Cape and reminded us that we can all be superheroes by spreading kindness.

Thank you to our barbers who volunteered their time to give fresh cuts and line-ups, helping students feel their very best for the first day of school.
