🚨 Real Estate Tip: 🏡💡
Outbuildings, pool houses, and guest spaces often share plumbing with the main home — and when something goes wrong, it doesn’t always show up where you expect. Even when you’re proactive, consistent with system checks, and stay on top of seasonal maintenance, homeownership can still surprise you. Mother Nature doesn’t always follow the rulebook. 🌧️❄️

That’s why during inspections, utility reviews, and ongoing upkeep, those spaces deserve the same level of attention as the main house — not just once, but year after year & when seasons change. 🏡🔍

Homeownership keeps you humble. 😅
A pipe burst in our pool house and it was literally filling with water — and we had no idea.

The only clue? Hot water in the main house suddenly went ice cold. 🧊🚿 Because that line is tied into the main system, the issue showed up somewhere totally unexpected.

Not how we planned to spend the holidays — but staying grateful, solutions-focused, and thankful that hot water’s back & we were able to get a crew out here ASAP.
