💪🏾 Day 76 (150 workouts)✅😮💨🤗 Now What?
Not a challenge anymore — this is my new standard. People kept asking why I did 75 Hard — especially because I was already “fit.”
But here’s the truth ⬇️
Looking fit is great… but the real win is how you feel internally — your energy, your chemistry, your calm.
75 days of discipline changed me 💯.
✨ Best sleep of my life
✨ Pain-free joints
✨ Sharper, calmer mind
✨ Leaner, stronger, more grounded body
And the numbers don’t lie — especially in a body where genetics favors high cholesterol 🧬⬇️
This time last year ➝ to now:
• Cholesterol (total): 225 → 190 🫀📉
• LDL (bad): 156 → 110 🚫📉
• HDL (good): 46 → 62 📈✨
I pushed through. Through work. Through family. Through grief.
My kids + husband were in this with me — cheering me on, supporting the structure, watching me choose discipline every single day & even joining me! 🫶🏾 My daughter & son see a strong mom. 🥹
My rock was my 75 Hard colleagues & crew—THANK YOU! 🙏🏾 I got so used to checking in multiple times daily….🫤but not to worry, I know how to get a hold of ya’ll. 😌
Also, make no mistake — I don’t plan to undo this progress just because we’re rolling into the holidays. I’ll take what I’ve learned with me — not just for 75 days… but forward.
More “fit” — inside and out.
