23 workouts in so far (all 45 min!) and the discipline is stacking up. 😮💨
Not just physical (do I dare say ab lines are peeking through 🧐🤗)—this challenge is sharpening mindset, focus, and consistency across family, business, and wellness.
I asked ChatGPT what 2,300 calories/day should look like for me. 🥗💪🏾Sounds like a lot, right? 😳 But it’s exactly what my body needs to build lean muscle, tone up, and trim my waist.
Here’s the smart fuel sample plan it gave me:
✅ Protein breakfast (eggs, turkey bacon, veggies)
✅ Grilled chicken + greens lunch
✅ Protein shake + nut butter snack
✅ Salmon + veggies + sweet potato dinner
✅ Greek yogurt + protein before bed
🔑 = not eating less, just eating smarter. High protein, lower carb, balanced fats = fueling workouts instead of fighting them.
