THE NIGHT MOTHER is eligible for consideration, and nominations are by email — but they close in two days. Dark Arts Books has reissued John Everson's NEEDLES & SINS, with a new Afterword by the author! Originally published by Necro Publications back in 2007, this collection contains "Letting Go," a finalist for the Bram Stoker Award for Short Fiction, as well as five stories that appeared on the Year's Best Fantasy & Horror anthology series' Honorable Mention List.

The book went out of print briefly due to the death of Necro Publisher Dave Barnett earlier this year. The new 3rd edition contains a new Afterword and reinstates the interior art from the original Necro first edition. Otherwise, we've kept the book the same as Necro had it... even down to the fonts and headline sizes... it just now sports the Dark Arts Books logo on the spine.
