How to Propagate Sweetleaf (Rau Bồ Ngót)

* Select a branch of moderate size—neither too old nor too young. Strip off all the leaves, leaving just a few at the very tip to facilitate better photosynthesis. Remember to trim away the leaf stems.

* Place the branches in a cup of clean water and set them in a spot that receives gentle, bright sunlight. Change the water every two days.

* After approximately 15–20 days, once the branches have developed a substantial root system, they are ready to be transplanted into soil.

P.S.: Remember to keep the plants in a cool, airy location for the first two weeks. Afterward, gradually move them to a sunnier spot. I wish you all success in growing an abundance of sweetleaf, so you may enjoy simple yet highly nutritious soups! 🥰

Cách nhân giống rau bồ ngót.

* Chọn nhánh vừa, không quá già hay quá non. Tuốt hết lá, chỉ chừa vài lá trên ngọn để cây quang hợp tốt hơn. Nhớ cắt bỏ phần xương lá.

* Ngâm nhánh vào cốc nước sạch, đặt nơi có nắng sáng nhẹ. Thay nước 2 ngày/lần.

*Khoảng 15-20 ngày cây bắt đầu ra rễ nhiều thì đem đi giâm vào đất.

P/S: Nhớ thời gian đầu nên giữ cây ở chỗ thoáng mát khoảng 2 tuần. Sau đó chuyển từ từ ra nơi có nắng. Chúc cô chú anh chị trồng được nhiều rau ngót để có bữa canh đạm bạc mà giàu dinh dưỡng. 🥰
