Permanent Makeup Instructor | Educator & Mentor sharing aesthetic experiences, trusted beauty tools & meaningful collaborations

10/09/2026

People often ask me who I recommend for permanent makeup. And I really want that to be someone I actually know and trust.

So I decided to help develop artists from the ground up.

We're now preparing for supervised eyebrow model training in Naples, Florida, beginning November 2026!

Four weeks can make a HUGE difference.

When I asked Ashley what had been most challenging, she knew immediately—the downward hair strokes. So we pulled out the BioTouch Style #2 stencil and used it as a guide to help her see and practice the pattern.

This is what training looks like: identify the challenge, find a way to work through it, and keep practicing until it starts to click.

Learning the tool is just as important as learning the technique.

In this lesson, Ashley takes a closer look at the BioTouch brow ruler and puts the instructions into practice. Understanding what each mark is actually telling you makes such a difference when you’re learning to create a custom brow design.

It’s all part of building a strong foundation. ✨

Building the foundation. 🤍

Before learning to create brow strokes with a machine, it’s important to understand the design behind them.

In this lesson, Ashley is learning brow proportions, natural hair-growth patterns, and how to create a design from scratch—without natural brows to guide her.

Next step: taking what she’s learned from pencil and paper 📝 to the machine and synthetic skin. ✨

Follow along as Ashley continues her journey as a Rising Artist.

Every Tuesday, we make tea, create, learn, and grow.

Some lessons are about artistry.

Some are about creativity.

Most are about simply showing up.

I'm so glad we pressed record!

Thank you, Charlotte, for making these afternoons something to look forward to.

And thank you, BioTouch, for the products I've trusted throughout my career and continue to use while mentoring.

✨ This one change made our studio feel so different.

Charlotte and I went back and forth on this cabinet. We looked at different options, imagined the space, and finally decided to go for it.

It's amazing how one simple change can completely transform the feel of a room.

What do you think... did we make the right choice? 🤷

I spent one day at a hidden wellness spa in the Florida Keys…

and my nervous system said thank you 🌿
