I want to take a moment to give a special recognition to my friend , the person who taught me how to truly film and photograph real estate. There’s an entire science behind capturing a property the right way, and when I first started creating content, I honestly didn’t understand it.

Back then, I was all about cinematic and promotional videos, but real estate is a completely different art form… one I failed at early on with some of my first clients. That changed the day I met . She gave me the opportunity to shadow her, learn from her experience, and see how the best in the business approaches every angle, light, and detail.

Sheryl runs an amazing company on the west coast of Florida called , and I’ll forever be grateful to her and her incredible team for opening that door for me.

Because of her mentorship, I not only learned a new skill… I learned how important it is to stay humble, keep learning, and never be afraid to start over when you want to do things right

This month has been one of the toughest. Between working nonstop and holding it down as a full-time parent while their mom’s been out of the country, I’ve felt the weight of single parenting in full force. Huge respect to all the single moms and dads out there… you are real superheroes.

Yesterday my son casually mentioned that today (Friday) was picture day at school. I didn’t have time to get him to the barber, so I grabbed the clippers and gave it a shot myself. I’m grateful he trusted me, and honestly… I think I did a pretty solid job. What do you guys think?

Growing up, Toni Braxton’s voice was the soundtrack to so many moments in life. I admired her elegance, her beauty, and that unmistakable voice that carried both power and vulnerability.⁣

This past year, I had the surreal honor of filming and photographing her on stage… and let me tell you, she’s every bit the icon I imagined.⁣

Toni has given voice to relationships in every season… from the highest highs to the lowest lows. And in a way, that’s what we do as videographers. We capture the stories of people, companies, and causes in their realest, rawest, most honest forms.⁣

She reminded me why I do what I do… to help others feel seen, heard, and understood.⁣

🎥 Forever grateful. Forever inspired.

Through the lens of my windshield, the sky was heavy clouds low, rain steady, and everything felt dark. But then, to my left, a rainbow broke through.

As a content creator, I’ve learned to always keep my eyes open even in the storms. Because beauty doesn’t always wait for perfect conditions. Sometimes, it shows up in the mess, in the middle of your drive, when you least expect it.

This rainbow reminded me that even in the hardest seasons, there are signs of hope if we’re willing to look sideways. And just like the rain, the darkness is only temporary.

Keep driving. Keep filming. Keep believing. The light will find you.

Yesterday, I had a real conversation with a friend I deeply respect. Not just surface-level talk — but one of those intense, loving punches to the gut.

She looked at me and said, “Stop making excuses. You need to be more intentional about your time. Plan your week. That’s what successful people do. ADHD can’t be your excuse anymore.”

It stung a little. But it was the truth I needed.

As creatives, we sometimes romanticize the chaos.
We wait for inspiration to strike instead of building habits that hold us up when motivation disappears.
And I get it — the messiness, the distractions, the endless to-dos — it’s all real.

But this week, I’m choosing different.
I’m setting boundaries.
I’m scheduling my days with more clarity.
Not to be perfect. But to be intentional.

Because freedom doesn’t mean no structure.
It means choosing a structure that aligns with your purpose.

So to all my fellow creatives who feel scattered, overwhelmed, or behind — I see you.
But maybe, just maybe, this is your moment too… to stop making excuses and start living with intention.

We don’t need to be perfect.
We just need to show up.
On purpose.

44 and finally, I believe I’m worth it.

I used to doubt myself. Insecure. Afraid. Not because I wasn’t capable… agar but because I didn’t think I deserved success.

That’s changed.

Now, I stand in confidence. Not because I have it all figured out, but because I’ve finally accepted who I am. The older I get, the more I realize that I don’t have time to waste. But I also don’t have time for regrets.

Whatever decisions I make moving forward they’ll be bold, intentional, and unapologetically mine.

Some people come into your life and don’t just support you—they sharpen you.

This morning I had breakfast with my friend and mentor, Bob Thornton. We hadn’t seen each other in a few weeks, but like always, he showed up with wisdom, truth, and a heart full of intention.

Over the last few months, Bob has become more than just a friend—he’s been a father figure to me. In life and business, he’s never sugarcoated anything. He’ll call me out when I need it, challenge me when I’m slacking, and somehow still follow it up with a word of encouragement that reminds me of who I am and who I’m becoming.

What I appreciate most is his consistency—his steady communication, his patience, and his belief in me even when I doubt myself. Every conversation with Bob leaves me better than before.

Grateful for men like him. The kind who make you braver, clearer, and more intentional.

Here’s to the ones who speak life into you—even when it’s the hard truth.

We live in a country where it’s easy to stress over first world problems—our phone dying, a late train, a missed promotion, or a meal not cooked just right. But every now and then, we’re reminded of the reality outside our bubble.

Today, I’m filming at Place of Hope, where I’m meeting survivors—human beings who have endured unthinkable pain through human trafficking. Their stories bring us back to earth. They humble us. They awaken gratitude for what we do have, and deep compassion for what others have had to survive.

It’s in these moments that I realize: our everyday problems are blessings in disguise. And our greatest privilege is the ability to do something to bring hope to those still in darkness.

Grateful to be here. Grateful to tell stories that matter.

When you sit across from my lens, know this: I care just as much about your mission as you do. I’m not just worried about the angle, the lighting, the colors, or the audio—I’m focused on making sure every episode reflects why you started in the first place.

My clients know I don’t cut corners. I don’t take on projects just for the paycheck. If I don’t align with your purpose, I won’t pretend to. Because cheating my purpose means cheating your message—and that’s never going to happen.

When you hire me, you’re not just getting a videographer. You’re getting someone who believes in your voice.

We all smile, but deep down, we carry wounds—pain, heartache, and failure. I’ve learned to heal through a community that understands because they’ve been there too.

We can’t go back to the carefree smiles of childhood, but we can grow into men and women who smile in life, not just at it.

As a creative, I seek to understand pain because that’s where real stories are born—the kind that inspire, ignite change, and bring hope. My stories aren’t just told; they give others a reason to smile again.
