Access Nashua's Response To The Covid-19 Outbreak
The team at Access Nashua has decided on the following policy during this time of "Social Distancing". In order to protect our patrons, your guests and our team, as of today, March 19th, shows recorded at the studio will be restricted to either one host, or one guest until further notice.
Now, let me explain what I mean when we say "either one host, or one guest". All shows will only be allowed to have one person in the studio at the time of recording. Using the power of Skype, if you the host comes in then your guest would have to Skype. If you Skype in then your guest would have to come into the studio. We can do it folks. We can keep things moving along and continue producing shows for the public to watch while they are all home.
At this time, you, or your guest, will need to bring in your own earbuds and take them back home with you. We can no longer provide earbuds for producers to use. We will be putting together a video on how to setup and use Skype on your computer that can be shared with your guests as well.
If you know of individuals at local organizations that we should contact, that may want to provide a 5-15 minute update on their organization via Skype, or perhaps even tips and tricks to staying sane during this "Social Distancing" time period, please let me know.
We are committed to continue to be Your Station during this time.
Both Dan and I will be switching off days for coverage so as to minimize our exposure as well. Since I am the "elderly" one in the team, I will be in on Tuesdays & Thursdays. Dan will be in on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays. At the moment the doors are closed to walk in traffic so please call ahead of time if you do not have a scheduled appointment.
