Let me know what you think about my Sunday roast made in the US.

I went with a leaner cut of beef today , and cooked it longer for Sav.

I still need to tweak the Yorkshires some, but I think with time I can get American flour to work.🖤👀

This could be a failure….

I know I can make Yorkshire puddings with UK flour, but I’m challenging myself to get it to happen with US flour.

I’ve had other Americans ask for a good recipe to make a proper one, so I’m challenging myself for today’s Sunday Roast.

We have a good cut of beef, carrots, parsnips, and roasties on the way.

I’m going for a red w**e gravy as well.

Do you think we will get the Yorkshires to rise, or will I fail again 😔😔
