As we reach the final stretch of the project interviews, the spotlight turns to BANG ‼️

A Nashville native who’s lived in various parts of the city, BANG! is the OG of the group. He’s rapping the longest and is happy to share his experiences. He’s been a great person to bounce ideas off of, bringing a unique and valuable perspective to the table 🫱🏼‍🫲🏽

GrownKidd is an East Tennessee native who’s been rapping for a little over a decade. The beat she’s blessing is especially dear to my heart. I got the inspiration from a track by my first artist—he had a sample I really liked, but I could never figure out the original song. Then one day, I randomly heard it, and instantly started creating my own version of the beat that originally inspired me 🫱🏼‍🫲🏽

Not only did GrownKidd do her thing on the track, but she also brought in ShaunVelli. What she created was beautiful, and I can’t wait for y’all to hear it! ✨

I’d like to introduce y’all to QUE — the Cashville representative 🫡

At the beginning of 2024, when I started reaching out to artists for the project, Que followed me on Instagram. And, of course, in true Trin fashion, I saw he did music and checked out his page. I was genuinely impressed by his lyricism and thought he’d be a great addition to the project. Before I could even reach out, he beat me to it. After a quick conversation, he was down to be a part of it.

In Nashville, it’s not common to step outside your circle or connect with people you don’t know — especially if you don’t know someone they know. I did both and ended up meeting a gifted lyricist with a love for Nashville as big as mine 🫱🏼‍🫲🏽

Mike, FKA BushidoBlack, is an artist I met through the BMAC Music Business Accelerator Course at TSU. Over the years, we’ve stayed in touch and eventually became good friends.

Although Mike may not go by BushidoBlack anymore, he’s been incredibly supportive of this project—always willing to help in any way he can—and it’s truly been appreciated.

His quote for the project:

SOS Hambo is a North Nashville, Tennessee rapper known for bringing raw, unfiltered energy to every track. He’s unapologetically himself, and his music is a direct reflection of that—no gimmicks, no filters. Every bar is rooted in real experience, with a sharp focus on where he’s from and what he’s lived through.

I’ve known Hambo and followed his progression as an artist for quite some time, so I was honestly extremely excited when he agreed to be a part of this project. 🫱🏼‍🫲🏽

Eddie Hussle is an East Nashville native whose main objective is to be a role model for his son and his community. I met Eddie during my time at , and I truly admire and respect his work ethic and the consistency he brings to his craft.

For this project, I asked everyone to share a quote that best describes them. Eddie’s quote was: “Motivation, Consistency, & Hard Work Equals Results.” I honestly can’t think of a better way to describe who he is 🫱🏼‍🫲🏽
