So proud of you :

It's finally here. One year since I was stuck at home unable to walk from a cycling accident, I'm ready to hop on my bike and begin our 545-mile ride from San Francisco to Los Angeles for AIDS/LifeCycle. Let's put this in numbers. This year alone, I've ridden nearly 1,500 miles, climbed 65,000 ft of elevation and spent over 100 hours in the saddle. This training hasn't been easy, but it's proven that I'm capable of so much more than I ever thought possible. Huge thanks to for their immense support throughout and to for encouraging me every step of the way. And a great big thank you to everyone who has donated towards my fundraising campaign. A final shoutout to for giving me a platform to spread the word about such an incredible cause. I am doing this beside so many remarkable human beings. I love you, guys. Now, let's do this. .

paid a visit to the children of St Vincent's School in Liverpool. Rainbow, one of their wonderful kids sent this message today: "Meeting these 2 amazing people was so incredible
They are so nice and funny
They said lots of nice things about us and the school but the words that I will never forget is that all of this has to go up there with my wedding and us having children
It was so nice to hear that of someone who had only saw us for 2 days. They are both inspirational people and great role models for young children and their own children.
All my best thanks to all of the band and the wests"
