✅ Use project management tools (Asana, ClickUp, Trello, etc.) to break projects into actionable steps, set deadlines, and track progress.
✅ If a task is recurring, automate it. If it takes less than 2 minutes, just get it done.
✅ Check email 2-3 times a day instead of constantly. Use filters to auto-sort, and create templates for common responses.
✅ Use Slack status updates to manage expectations, and set do not disturb during focus time.
