✅ If a task is recurring, automate it. If it takes less than 2 minutes, just get it done.
✅ Check email 2-3 times a day instead of constantly. Use filters to auto-sort, and create templates for common responses.
✅ Use Slack status updates to manage expectations, and set do not disturb during focus time.

It's not about perfect eating. It's about informed choices that support your health goals.

Foods I consistently recommend:
🥬 Leafy greens – nutrient density champions
🐟 Fatty fish – omega-3s for brain and heart health
🥚 Eggs – complete protein with choline for brain function
🫐 Berries – antioxidants with lower sugar impact
🥑 Avocados – healthy fats that support nutrient absorption
🌰 Nuts and seeds – protein, healthy fats, and minerals

Foods I suggest limiting (not eliminating):
⚠️ Highly processed foods – they lack nutrients your body needs
⚠️ Added sugars in excess – blood sugar spikes and crashes
⚠️ Trans fats – inflammatory and harmful to heart health
⚠️ Excessive alcohol – interferes with sleep and nutrient absorption

My philosophy:
• 80% nutrient-dense whole foods
• 20% flexibility for life and enjoyment
