Yes, I was a big boy.

At my heaviest, I was over 400 pounds. I was tired, unhealthy, frustrated, and honestly had no clue where to start.

So I stopped chasing quick fixes and started building systems.

I learned how to lose weight while preserving muscle. I learned how to build strength while dropping body fat. I learned how to create habits that actually lasted instead of relying on motivation that came and went.
