Lobby Renovation ✅ When we had the opportunity to facilitate the next chapter of a warehouse turned into a creative facility shared by 15+ creatives we jumped! I knew there would be tons of work, and even had a mentor walk through the building with me before hand. All I could see was potential, but he told me after the tour ‘this place is so run down’. I couldn’t see it… thank God he helped me put new eyes on it. He said to reiterate the point… ‘spin around with your eyes closed and hold out your finger, wherever you stop open your eyes and look where your finger is pointing and there is something to fix, update, or clean.’
Luckily we had a group of creatives who believed in the space and kept it going and encouraged us while we renovated. It cost more than we were expecting, it took longer than we’d hoped, but we are so proud of the place it’s become. We have 20+ artists coming through the doors every week, making music videos, albums, and writing songs. We have creatives who can actually afford to have space in Nashville which is a miracle in itself.
