When I started posting on social media, I decided I wasn’t going to let what people thought of me affect what I thought of myself. I was 90 lbs over weight and only a year out of rehab for op**te addiction but I was ready to be happy. I was ready to love myself and find my confidence again. I would take my shirt off in my videos and do funny workout videos and not give AF what anyone thought. I was happy and enjoying making content. Anytime someone said anything negative, I would fight the urge to become defensive and I decided to reply with kindness.
I started receiving messages from people saying how helpful my videos were to them. I had no idea they were helping anyone else. I just knew they were helping me. But I realized that there was something positive happening for others through me making funny videos about my fitness journey. That’s when I decided to go all in. If even one other person was experiencing something positive from this then it was worth it to go further. Since then I’ve received tons of messages from you all sharing how my comedy has helped you. THANK YOU

I started working with in the beginning of my social media career. I was making funny videos around CrossFit while I was working on bettering my physical health.. reached out to me wanting to send me a jump rope. I wasn’t even sure if I could jump rope lol but I wanted to try. I made a video using the jump rope and it immediately went viral - over 5 million views in a short amount of time. It was then that I knew that me and would be a perfect match.
They have become family to me and we have shared in the joy of creating content together over the years and we are still going strong today!
