If you’ve followed us for a while, you know we’ve spent the last couple of years slowly detoxing every corner of our home. The pans we cook in, the products we clean with, the stuff we put on the kids…all of it. But for the longest time, we kept overlooking the one thing sitting on our counter every single morning.

Most commercial coffee is grown with pesticides, can contain mold, and gets roasted long before it gets to you. Once we learned that, we couldn’t un-know it. We tried Fabula on a whim…organic, lab-tested for mold, low-acid…and truthfully, it’s the best coffee we’ve ever had. No stomachache, no acidity, just a really good cup. It’s been the only coffee in our kitchen ever since, so when the Fabula team asked if we’d team up to share it with you, it was an easy yes. We wanted to make sure our people could try it too!

Comment COFFEE and we’ll send you all the info!

In the season we're in, date nights don’t just happen… you have to fight for them.

Between kids, practices, games, work, schedules, laundry, and all the little things that somehow fill up every day, it’s easy to go a whole week and realize you’ve talked about everything except each other.

So we’re trying to be intentional.

Even if it’s just dinner.
Even if we’re tired.
Even if we talk about the kids half the time anyway. 😂

Because we’ve learned that connection doesn’t always come from having tons of free time… sometimes it comes from choosing each other in the middle of a full season.

And truthfully, we need these little nights.

A chance to breathe, laugh, hold hands, and remember that before the chaos, before the schedules, before all the responsibilities… it was us. ❤️

This season of life is a whole lot of bag chairs, dusty fields, sweaty hugs, packed water bottles, late dinners, and asking “what time is the game again?” about 14 times a week.

It’s exhausting.

But every once in a while, we’ll look at each other and realize… one day we’re really going to miss this.

We’ll miss watching them run out onto the field.
We’ll miss cheering our lungs out.
We’ll miss the chaos.
We might even miss hauling everything from the parking lot like we’re moving in for the weekend.

So we’re trying to soak it up while we’re in it.

Because these are the days that feel long right now… but we have a feeling we’ll look back and call them some of the best ones. ❤️

Sometimes I miss the days when you could buy something, plug it in, press one button, and it just worked.

No password.
No update.
No “check your email to verify.”
No QR code that sends you to download another app.

Just good vibes and working electronics.
Anybody else miss the simple days?

I don't know who needs to hear this, but you don't need to freeze that brown banana. It's okay to just throw it away 😂
