36 years ago today, we recorded the first release for Earwave Records, Tone Patrol's "5-19-89" live at Douglas Corner Cafe. Originally released on cassette, all these years later, it still holds up and is now available digitally on Apple Music.

Proud of this bass that lives in the Musicians Hall of Fame and Museum!

Dave Pomeroy’s bass has been part of many classic recordings, including hits by Emmylou Harris, Alan Jackson, George Jones, and Trisha Yearwood. It was used on She’s In Love with the Boy (Trisha Yearwood), Country Comfort (Elton John & Earl Scruggs), and I’m Over You (Keith Whitley).

This instrument also toured with Don Williams and was featured on his 1993 live album An Evening with Don Williams, recorded at Royal Albert Hall. It is now on display at the Musicians Hall of Fame.
