We are an independent record label and music marketing agency that operates off of a DIY-mentality. Founded by Blair Clark & Ron Pope.

Well, one day we woke up and said "I guess we should just start our own record label" and so it was. That's not exactly how it happened, but it's as good of a story as any. We strive to work intelligently and swiftly in an ever-changing industry to ensure the success of our artists.

ESR made me cry last night 🥲 what a magical start to ’s tour! (This is “The Fairest View” from Appalachia). Tickets are still available to a lot of shows, but we already have one sell out, so ya better grab them! and on harmonies 🩷

Emily sent me “Bless it All” on January 19, 2024 and “Cast Iron Heart” a couple of weeks later. I knew she was on to something and the album was beginning to take shape. We weren’t even calling it an album at that point - just new songs she was writing (and they both happened to be low key bangers). Then every song that followed had the same amount of heart and personal, yet universal experiences baked in. It was a really, really special process to witness. She didn’t rush. She didn’t let a number of years determine when a record should be due. She waited until it was bursting out of her. I’m in love with every single song on this record and I don’t care if it’s not cool for a manager to write a mushball post like this, I’m doin it. I’m proud to stand next to her and to help put this record out into the world.
