This new community will be the first type of development in Tennessee known as an agrihood, a community which includes 28 to 35 privately owned homes on 15 beautiful acres of land, located only 25 miles outside of Nashville.

Tune in at Noon to All About Nashville on WXNA for a conversation with Nashville's own musician Ron Pope & his wife and manager Blair Clark. Pope is one of Nashville's most beloved musical artists. Following Bone Structure released almost exactly a year ago, he took a creative, heart-felt journey into The Builder which is a year-long journey where every two weeks from starting last July to July 22, 2021, Pope is/will be releasing a song every two weeks. In addition, he is active on social media with live shows from his home called "LIVE! and in Sweatpants". Pope's wife Blair Clark who co-founded Brooklyn Basement Records with Pope also talks about the journey from living in NYC to coming to Nashville to surviving a tornado & now a pandemic. It's a fantastic journey and conversation with two very talented Nashvillians so tune in!
