Nashville dog parents & dog lovers this is for you 🐾

You (and your dog) needed this patio day at Urban Dog Bar (Urban Dog Bar) in the Nations. Their fall menu includes tasty items like the Mediterranean chicken bowl and we also recommend the pretzels with b**r cheese and their hatch chile smashburger with a side of fries. If you’re here for a weekday happy hour from 4-6 pm, they offer $5 select drafts and house w**es, $7 cocktails and $8 food options.

UDB offers memberships, doggie daycare, and events—save the date for their 2-year birthday pawty on Oct. 24th.

this 12-acre orchard near Nashville is a must this fall 🍎🎃🥧

Breeden’s Orchard (Breeden's Orchard) in Mt. Juliet is a family-owned peach and apple orchard which has been in operation since 1974. Walk the expansive grounds and have a picnic, enjoy photo opportunities or see their live hives. While visiting we highly recommend trying anything apple—from their popular apple c***r slushies (optional ice cream mix in) with an apple c***r donut on top, to Apple pie cinnamon rolls or apple butter and fresh apple varieties there is plenty to try. They unveiled a brand new c***ry this fall where you can order food (we recommend the grilled cheese with hot pepper bacon jam) or adult beverages.

While entry to the orchard is free, there is an optional activity yard perfect for children to see their farm animals and enjoy interactive activities. They have fun events from pizza night on Thursday’s, stein night on Fridays for c***r and fire pits to enjoy with friends. Here are a few upcoming events:

Maminette, located in Donelson, is the newest venture from same team as popular French w**e bar The Authentique.

You’ll find items like quiche, crepes, fruit tartes and luxe coffees such as their crème brûlée latte.

The Alice is located in the back of The Golden Slipper in Germantown and offers intimate, guided class experiences Start off with their take on a midnight margarita, which is a nonalcoholic refreshing start. Choose your vessel, which for perfumes is a vintage inspired perfume bottle or a vintage cocktail vessel for candles. Select from over 28+ essential blended oils for a custom scent. Finally become a potion master by mixing the perfect blend for you and your custom scent. The class ends with a sweet treat which we had a pumpkin macaroon. This experience was enchanting from start to finish and we highly recommend it for your next fall activity.

this farm-to-table restaurant in Nashville now has a second location open 🍅🍴

Jordan Johnson, the founder of Naked Farmer (Naked Farmer), joined foodies at the Gulch location for an elevated dinner showcasing their seasonal menu with ingredients sourced locally (and regionally). Their food philosophy resonates with us—from using no seed oils to customizable and inclusive meals for everyone.

The Korean bbq spot near Nashville more
people should be talking about 🗣️

This restaurant has a casual atmosphere good for groups & families. The interactive and fun BBQ Grill includes Rice, Korean Side Dishes & Dipping Sauces. Four orders comes w/ Soybean Soup or Steamed Egg (both delicious). Other dishes we recommend include the seafood pancake (appetizer), Kimchi Jjigae (a flavorful soup with kimchi & pork) and their awesome bento lunch special with beef bulgogi & a chicken wing with side salad, rice and four pieces of sushi. They have adult beverages to pair with these dishes.

Korea BBQ and Sushi (Korea BBQ & Sushi) in Brentwood blew us away with the quality of food, service and the fun we had at the bbq. Save and share with the group chat ⬇️

Dolly was right. Tennessee does stick with you. But she sticks with you too 💖

From Nashville to her beloved hometown near Sevierville, Dolly Parton’s loss is being felt deeply across Tennessee — and far beyond our state, across the country and all over the world.

She gave us songs that became part of our lives, a spirit that made everyone feel welcome, and a love for the Smokies and Tennessee that never wavered. But perhaps her greatest gift was reminding us to dream big, stay kind, work hard, and never forget where we came from.
Tennessee will never be quite the same without Dolly. But everywhere you look — in the mountains, in the music, in the laughter, and in the hearts of the people she inspired — she’ll still be here.

Rest easy, Dolly. You’ll always be a piece of Tennessee, and Tennessee will always be a piece of you.
