Super for my last 3 years here in my fav spot to be in . My home base studio in (Dark Horse Recording) 🔥🎛❤️🎚 What a gorgeous studio and a fun studio family we’ve made! I grew, Recorded some of my fav friends, clients and to date here like ➡️ Ally Brooke, Michael May, Gramps Morgan, The Wailers, Rogue Theory Band, Brian Prost, Angela Sue Cheslock, Cat Parks and so many more. ...but also worked with some of my fav and crew! 🙏🏻 Thanks for always blessing me with your help, great music & great company! 🤘🏻❤️🎸 _________________________________________________
Excited for new music coming up in that arena. Recording is my fav part of the process! 😍🎸🎤🔥🙌🏻🎶🙏🏻 ...add 2 years as and at Dark Horse Institute which allowed me to also pour my gifts and wisdom learned over the years into others, and it’s been such an honor! That’s good livin’! Working hard, empowering others, sharing our gifts & giving back! It feels good to do good! Yet, simultaneously building my own catalogs, my skillset and working on ALL , YES PLEASE! 🎛😻🎚😛 I couldn’t have dreamed that up! I feel MEGA blessed to have so many great talents & friends around me daily in each place I go now! Don’t doubt for one sec, if you just step out and do what you know you were created to do (what YOUR OWN SPIRIT is telling YOU to do) God will surround you with greater situations, talent and people than you could ever imagine who will not only be there along the way as basically family, but will also provide every resource to get you there safely and soundly! Skylo toured the beautiful private home writing spot owned by just outside the greater area. Ben was a legendary Songwriter who wrote Reggae Hits, many of Charley Pride's #1 hit songs such as "Kiss An Angel Good Morning," and hundreds of other classic hits in several genres. 😻

So, on this past (that’s what us nerdy engineers call Fridays - lol), I worked on vocals in the studio all morning. Then my co-writer/awesome friend (going on 2 years writing together) took me to this amazing place. WHAT!!?? It was his dads home music workspace (). Talk about inspiring!!! Ben wrote a lot of Charley Pride’s #1 hits, as well as a Reggae Album that went 21x Platinum and a gazillion other #1 HIT songs for Artist such as Kenny Rogers. 👀✍🏻🎤🎶 He called his workspace (I would have probably called it Heaven). 😂🙌🏻

What an amazing and legendary writing spot. I seriously just walked right into my dream! No joke! I’ve dreamed all my life of having platinum albums on my walls from the floor to the ceiling. 💿💿💿 THIS just proved to me, THAT ACTUALLY CAN HAPPEN. It already HAS, many times, with many people. Though each person has their own specific talents, character, abilities, delivery and skillset. You know what they have most? Dedication, and self-discipline to get the job done!

It was unbelievably cool seeing my dream in real life and stepping into it. Amazing! ✍🏻🏆🎤🎶 Big plans ahead. ✍🏻🎤🎸🥁🏆🙏🏻
...oh and I think there was an angel among us (check the house pic). 👌🏻😇

P.S. I WILL NEVER GIVE UP, EVER, AND NOW I KNOW it’s all possible! So thanks my friend (Justin Peters) for re-inspiring me, and reminding me why I refuse to give up in the 1st place! You’re amazing at what you do, and I see why! Just all around a great Godly, talented man. You uplift me, pray with me, inspire me, and write great songs with me. It’s an honor and a pleasure to work with you! Thank YOU! 🙏🏻

🎶 Dear Songwriters, Artist, Musicians (those who pay dearly to bring art to life, for others) I know this industry can be rough, but don’t get jaded. Just work to make it better. Treat it well, and it will treat you well. You may hear no a lot, you may hear a lot of things that people bullcrap you on, but, I promise, if you just don’t give up, keep your eyes on HIM (✝️), and GO EXACTLY HE LEADS YOU (NO MATTER WHAT everyone else says or does). Walk in full faith and obedience to what he tells you to do, he’ll give you the desires of your heart. I’m not saying idolize “things,” they’re “just things,” but they sure make pretty trophies to be rewarded for all the hard work, time and dedication you and your family have sacrificed. If you’re gonna work hard, might as well make it worth it and do what you love! God may just blow your mind and show you just how powerful he really is, even if it’s just for being obedient to your calling. I’m learning not to accept anything less. 📞

A lesson, that you can accomplish ANYTHING you dream and are willing to WORK for. ✍🏻

To anyone who’s tried to tell me this is impossible (which I used to hear a lot), here’s proof, that was a lie. 😁 It’s already been done! 😘 Xo
