Black Business Month is recognized every August. This month is dedicated to celebrating and promoting the achievements and contributions of Black entrepreneurs and businesses across the United States.

History and Purpose
*Established in 2004 by Frederick E. Jordan and John William Templeton.

*Aims to highlight the economic impact of Black-owned businesses and encourage support for them.

Activities and Events
Various events, workshops, and campaigns are held to raise awareness, with a focus on networking opportunities and resources for Black entrepreneurs.

Support and Resources
*Organizations and initiatives often provide tools and resources to help Black businesses thrive.

*Encouragement for consumers to shop at Black-owned businesses during this month and beyond.
