needed an easy dinner tonight 🥱
•Line your large sheet pan with foil
•spray with oil or cooking spray
•chop any veggies you need to use up
•put veggies on one side of the pan
•put chicken thighs on other side of pan
•lightly spray everything with oil (or drizzle)
• season everything (today I used Cowboy Butter and The Blend🥰)
**Make sure you season both sides/toss veggies!!**
Toss in the oven at 400°F for 25-30 minutes until the veggies are tender and chicken is 165°F in the thickest part (or until juices run clear)
Of course, serve with a little bread and butter on the side 😋
I forgot to take an “after” picture. Is anyone else in the after holiday, before back-to-school slump where you’re trying to recover from a bad sleep schedule and cookies? Just me?
