I am officially a Leddin Group Certified Guide ready to take individuals and organizations through a research vetted results based curriculum that is engaging and enlightening.

I am immensely proud to be among the original 9 Certified Guides trained by the Leddin Group.

We had a great time together learning how Patrick Leddin, Ph.D. Jamie Leddin and Kevin Daley created a multi-platform learning program grounded in personal and professional storytelling creating an experience accessible and relevant to leaders in all stages of development.

This leadership development program is exciting to facilitate.

As a proud Vanderbilt Peabody College grad, knowing that both Patrick and Jamie are professors at the Vanderbilt University - Owen Graduate School of Management gives me an added confidence in this material that applies the practical and effective principles championed by Leddin Group.

Over the past year, I have used some of their materials including Patrick's book - The 5 Week Leadership Challenge (the Wall Street Journal Best Seller!) and the Guide's Leadership Challenge playing cards in my executive coaching with social impact Executive Directors, emerging leaders in this sector, and with my Columbia State Community College College Success students. My clients and students are all the better for it as we travel their leadership development journey together.
