As reported Billboard, AVE EAST MKTG (formally Marbaloo) rebranded in conjunction with a relocation from the iconic L&C Tower in Downtown Nashville to the restored Hobson Methodist church property in Eastwood Village in East Nashville.

Hobson Chapel at Greenwood and Chapel Avenue was constructed beginning in June 1868, and dedicated November 29, 1868. It was described as “in an architectural sense, one of the handsomest and best arranged houses of worship in Middle Tennessee” (The Tennessean, Dec. 1, 1868, p. 4)

The MARB MKTG HQ and home to its Nashville based staff for AVE EAST MKTG, Remedy Creative, and AVE WEST PR are all based in the original and oldest part of that 1868 structure.
