For CIR Music Publishing .... Adam Mamula arranged Immaculate Mary for 3 octs of handbells.

This sweet, lovely handbell anthem is based on a traditional Pyrenean/Pyrenees folk song which sings the praises of Holy Mary, Mother of God. The simple melody and pleasant harmonies of this 3-octave, Level 2 arrangement perfectly support the uplifting message contained in this holy and beautiful hymn.

For Palm Sunday... We are doing this (handbells optional)

This Palm Sunday Processional with Introit is based upon ancient chants used in the church for centuries to celebrate Christ's triumphant entrance into Jerusalem. This processional combines voices and handbells in a unique way which allows all participants to process into the church on Palm Sunday. Clear instructions are provided with this packet of music (see "Notes"), which includes reproducible parts for handbells, choir, and congregation.

Fall 2025 Releases!

Here’s a lovely Level 1 arrangement by Julie Turner of Gustav Holst’s, “In the Bleak Midwinter” for either 2 or 3 octaves of handbells that both ringers and listeners will enjoy, plus it can also be performed entirely on handchimes if desired. To help make this arrangement more user-friendly, the 2-octave version and the 3-octave version have been formatted separately, but both are included in the same copy of sheet music and are compatible for ringing together. The 2-octave version is on pages 3 through 6, and the 3-octave version is on pages 7 through 10. Both versions include optional techniques such as LVs, Echo Rings, and Swings. Any beginning group will find this piece both flexible and accessible.

Prayers and Meditations

Prayer-like and contemplative but with moments of heightened emotion, this original piece will bring out the musicality of your group. The quiet, opening motif gently transitions into the primary theme at measure 10. The primary theme is filled with lush, complex harmonies and is supported by a steady, eighth-note pulse. A new and dramatic musical idea occurs at measure 19, which then resolves back into variations of the primary theme at measure 28. The opening motif appears again at measure 37, and once again returns to the primary theme. A final reprise of the opening motif is the perfect ending for this extremely expressive piece that was written in memory of a beloved bell ringer.
