I got to meet Toby! He’s a therapy dog with the Metropolitan Nashville Police Department Wellness Unit. I interviewed Toby‘s handler, Chaplain Marsha Brown to talk about her role with MNPD. Toby is the sweetest boy!

A quick trip home for Thanksgiving was just what I needed! Got to spend time with the family and
got surprised by 10 inches of snow, and don’t worry—my driving skills are still as phenomenal as ever ❄️😂 For a second I thought I was ready to move back to the Midwest… and then the snow reminded me otherwise!

Heading home to Springfield, Illinois for the holiday. Toney is upset, but I forced him to tag along. I also only packed sweatpants, so my siblings better not get any fancy weekend ideas. Plus, I hear it’s going to snow this weekend.

This is heartbreaking. One person has died and two others are in critical condition after a LifeFlight helicopter crashed Saturday afternoon in Wilson County. The aircraft went down on Cairo Bend Road, south of the Gallatin airport.
