The heat is on with Raz moving past the 5th round Thursday night, beat the 3-day Wildcard round last night, and is officially into the 7th-Quarter-Finalist round for America's Next Top Hitmaker.

Voting for Group Quarter-Finalist ends this Thursday, July 17th, and can be voted on daily until 7pm Pacific/9pm Central time. This online contest results in one talented artist or group to perform LIVE at the 2025 Global Citizen Festival, appear in Rolling Stone, and win $50,000!
The Global Citizen Festival 2025 is scheduled for September 27th in Central Park's Great Lawn in New York City. It will be the 13th year of the annual music festival that aims to address global poverty and other pressing issues. The festival is free to attend, but requires participation in Global Citizen's global advocacy initiative.

While the competition against more popular artists is quite immense throughout the contest, it is simply our mission to see how far we can go this year. Voting is free on the daily and doesn't require payment. Each voting period consists of 9 different phases that last several days each leading up to the Finals between July 25th-31st, with the Grand Prize Winners being announced on or before August 15th this summer.

In the summer of 2021, Raz donated two original theater posters to the Field of Dreams moviesite along with two LED lightboxes. One was displayed by his choice inside the main living room of the Lansing Family farmhouse, and the other displayed within the basement of the red barn, which at the time was supposed to become a museum of sorts but has since turned into a bar.
To celebrate the first time inclusion of an original theater poster on site, R.A.W. Productions donated their time, money, and efforts to create a lengthy narrative commercial fall of 2021 called, The Thrill Of The Grass. The video was completed and posted online November of 2022, but unfortunately was never used by the moviesite as originally intended despite all the work involved to finish it.

Fast forward to winter of 2023, Raz reached out to the son of acclaimed artist, Mick McGinty, to get his blessing on a custom poster image that would commemorate his late father’s work on the original Field of Dreams poster for Universal. Not only did his son give his full blessing, he also provided the exact text placed beneath the last image of his father ever taken at the moviesite itself.

In July of 2023, after completing the image to be displayed beneath the first poster inside the house, new managment had once again taken over the moviesite and this time rejected the use of it simply because they didn’t want to give credit to the donor, that being Raz, nor the original artist, Mick himself.

As a result of this unwarranted situation, Raz pulled both posters from the moviesite to prevent any further exploitation.
After nearly two years of waiting, R.A.W. Productions was finally given the opportunity to showcase this commemorative poster in a public setting at the Field of Dreams in Concert event in Cedar Rapids put on by Orchestra Iowa. It was there that many learned who McGinty was for the first time and some of his other works which include but are not limited to:
Who Framed Roger Rabbit
Christmas Vacation
The Addams Family
Jaws The Revenge
Street Fighter 2
And even Megadeth’s logo for their hit 1994 album, Youthansia.

Needless to say, Mick made quite an artistic impression with a lot of memorable works over the years that most didn’t even know were his at the time. So with this being Father’s Day, we at R.A.W. Productions stand to keep his memory alive along with all loving fathers’ of this world are or may not still be with us.
If you haven’t already, simply remember to ask your father for a simple game of catch regardless of location, for you may not get the chance later in life.

Coming up on 10 years this August since Jackie joined R.A.W. Productions as the official Production Assistant/Graphic Designer. In that time she has more than earned her to rightful place as a professional multimedia artist that has helped to bring many IPs to life such as The Edge Of Beyond. Never did she think of herself being involved with anything baseball related, much less Field of Dreams.

But here we are, still working together as a creative duo to make our dreams come true in ways that most could never understand. Over the years, the amount of work that goes into each of our projects has become a thankless job to those who don’t see and or appreciate our tireless efforts. But Jackie’s efforts alone never go unnoticed or unappreciated in the R.A.W. Productions camp. Our work will continue to live on as we venture into new projects worthy of a long lasting legacy.

"Our spirit paves the way to freedom.” R.A.W. 2022

Straight from the R.A.W. Productions Archival Series comes the official cover for the 13th original music single, featuring Neo-Spiritual Method Artist-Raz Wickham.

Born To Ride: Legend Of The Silver Eagle is a new multimedia project in documentary form that will visually showcase Wickham's 2003 HD 100th Anniversary Sportster 1200 XL Custom bike, officially named the Silver Eagle, along with other fellow riders from various backgrounds.

Born To Ride also features a new song, Wickham's most ambitious yet, that musically conveys the legendary spirit and heritage of motorcycle riding in the most epic way possible.
May freedom be the journey. With Harley-Davidson being the main inspiration, this heavy yet groovy piece will act as a musical anthem for all that is famously known within motorcycle culture, relating to anyone on two wheels.

Due to severe illness in the month of June the song was pushed back by two weeks. Fortunately all vocals for this lengthy track were successfully recorded in the studio as of today 7/1/24, and will commence with mixing before the mastering work is complete. Therefore the new single is still in production for an updated 7/20/24 release date through various digital retail outlets. Physical copies such as CD, cassette, and vinyl will follow soon after this summer.
