1980’s Ramsa WR-8816 16-Channel Analog Recording Console

Rare find!
12 mono channels and 4 stereo channels all with mic and line inputs, direct outs and inserts, 4 balanced tape returns, 4 buses, solo bus, 2 stereo sends or 4 mono sends, 2 effects returns, talkback, studio control room outputs, mono output, headphone output, aux in, aux out, oscillator and slate with output
Switchable LED channel and VU meters for outputs
Even has a remote for certain tape machines!
Completely modular design so all channels can be pulled individually
All outputs on console are balanced
Console will need cleaning/service as there is scratchiness in pots etc
All mono channels and master section work properly but stereo channels are not currently working properly
This console is amazing, has so much potential, has lots of routing options, and is a great footprint especially for recording bands!
I used to own and use a 8816 in my personal studio and it was an incredible centerpiece piece of gear that handled mics, instruments, effects, and playback without a hitch and sounded so good, not to mention it was so much fun to work on
