Gathering The Sage - A Virtual Women’s Empowerment Circle co-facilitated by Karen Renée & Ren Madrone

Are you a woman of wisdom seeking a place to lean in, be lifted up, and hone your tools to share your wisdom?

Karen Renée & Ren Madrone are calling out for women of wisdom to come together in a virtual circle to share, uplift, empower and ignite movements of women’s empowerment in far reaching communities. We strongly believe the moment of action is now. The movement of women’s wisdom is essential to call upon for guidance into more harmonious and uplifting paths. The vehicle for this awakening is us: women of wisdom.

This is an invitation to come together and free ourselves, while at the same time developing strategies to empower and help free other women. We want contagion. We want women to rise. This container is a safe haven and a mastermind, germinating pathways of wholeness.

We will be identifying those things that empower us as we hold space, listen, and presence each other’s journeys. We will be gathering to support, heal, uplift, share truth, our challenges, and our wins.

We will be encouraging tools of listening and strategies for validation and empowerment.* This is a space where women can tell their stories and share the tools that allow them to speak up, speak out, be resilient, and lift each other out of the circumstances that have had to be survived and transformed, in order to thrive.

Gathering the tools, gathering the power held in wisdom, leaning into each other, in circle

Our first 4-month “Gathering The Sage - Virtual Women’s Empowerment Circle” starts on Monday, June 23rd. We will meet on Mondays (the moon’s day) for 8 sessions. We have opened the circle for 13 women to join together with us. We look forward to seeing, hearing, and being with those that are in resonance with this vision of connection.

Dates: Monday June 23rd, July 7th, July 21st, Aug. 4th, Aug. 18th, Sept. 8th, Sept. 22nd, Oct. 6th

Time: 7-8:30pm EST, 6-7:30pm CST, 4-5:30pm PAC (find your time zone)

Cost: $222 for all 8 gatherings

Good Evening!

I am excited to share this new video on the Frame Drum Wisdom YouTube channel.

This "sounding for your chakras" instruction video was originally recorded in the Fall of 2024 as a part of the "40-Day Embody Abundance" program that I co-facilitated with Renee Jeffus. It was recorded on the Full Moon in Ta**us, which I feel is so in alignment as we are now experiencing the Full Moon in Scorpio today (May 12, 2025) when it is being posted on YouTube. Please note that while the introduction mentions this video being for women, it truly is for anyone who wishes to enter into the space and experience.

This practice is something I have shared with private clients, groups, in person & virtual classes for years, and recently in our Chakra Cleansing Sound Journey gatherings. It is so powerful when you allow yourself to really do it without judging yourself and the sounds you make.

I am offering this practice, one that I know many of you will find liberating for FREE, because I feel it is important for more people to have access to this simple, life-changing natural tool & expression.

Your unique voice is medicine for you - mind, body, heart & soul. It is important to reclaim your voice for the empowerment of your own life/soul journey. Give this practice a try just once. Find a place where you will feel safe and comfortable to make any sounds you find welling up from within you. Let them out. If you find the practice helpful, keep doing it. 🥰

Don’t Give Up - Move Forward

What if being loving is the rebellious move? What if being courageous in the face of uncertainty, is the way forward? What if we have so much more to be and do than what the cultural program is attempting to diminish us with?

A man-made path of destruction may be some people’s agenda, but I believe that there is far more at play and that each one of us is getting to choose how we will respond. Each one of us has incredible gifts and talents that can be used now in service to a greater good. Call it being agitated to activate your higher soul’s calling. Now is the time to keep moving forward. Even if it is just one step each day in the direction of your heart. YOUR HEART. Not anyone else’s, for now. Listen deeply to what your soul is calling forth. How will you serve? How will you BE LOVE?

I’ve been reflecting on my path with the frame drum and my commitment to Spirit 12 years ago. I was called out, as some people are, to step out of “the system” to help right a wrong that I was actively participating in and perpetuating. So many layers to that statement, for another time. The bottom line is, after all of these years, in my heart, I KNOW that my service to humanity in the unique way it has unfolded, is STILL what I am being called to do and share. Even more so now. But please understand, over all of those years I have gotten knocked down so much, but I continue to get back up and keep moving forward. Trusting that what Spirit is asking of me, is what I am supposed to do.

Spring has finally arrived and with it, my desire to get back on the road and create new experiences, meet new people and connect in deeper, meaningful ways.

I am heading back to Michigan in April and will be sharing a few classes along with a much needed visit with family.

For those of you in the Ann Arbor/Dexter area, consider joining us the weekend of April 25th-27th. I will be bringing frame drums and other instruments to play with (and purchase) along with facilitating experiences to help recenter and revitalize your body, mind & spirit.
