We will **NOT be serving our BBQ sandwiches this week.** Deer season is keeping us BUSY, and we have **a lot of sausage to make**, so our crew will be focused on keeping up with wild-game processing and our regular butcher-shop production.

**BUT DON’T WORRY… BBQ ISN’T GOING ANYWHERE!** 👀🔥

Actually, we’re working on something even BIGGER!

We are currently putting together a plan that could allow us to offer **HOT TROY’S BBQ UP TO 5 DAYS A WEEK!** 🙌🔥

And that might not be all…

🚗💨 **WE’RE EVEN LOOKING INTO A DELIVERY OPTION!**

Update
Power is back and we are back opened up. Also we will not be offering our bbq tomorrow sunday 9-27-26. Plesse help spread the word for us. As of right now our Bbq willl start back on Wednesday 9-30-26.

We are currently closed for the moment while the city replaces a transformer that has our power out. The good news is the lineman our currently working on the outage and shoukd be back on withing 2-3 hours . As soon as our lights are back on we will be back open rocking amd rolling.
