People in southeast Nebraska should be weather aware Friday night, particularly if they're in Richardson County.

Forecasters are warning people in southeast Nebraska to look out for flooding ahead of a predicted severe thunderstorm.

Strong to severe storm potential exists again on Friday. A broken line of severe storms is likely to develop Friday afternoon/evening. The strongest storms may produce very large hail to 2” or larger, damaging wind gusts, and one or two tornadoes.
