The biggest mistake in neck lifting? Neglecting the chest. Chest massage ,especially around the pectoral muscles and fascia over the chest can help lift and improve the look of the neck and jawline. Here’s why: -Tight chest muscles (from bad posture — think hunching over phones) pull down on the neck and jaw. -By massaging and loosening the chest and collarbone area, you release that downward tension, allowing the neck to naturally lift and look longer. -It also improves circulation and frees up the lymphatic system, reducing puffiness around the neck and jawline. This specific massage movement helps with chest wrinkles (especially in between the breast) and to lift the neck. Remember to go slow, breathe, keep shoulders down and don’t be discouraged if you can’t do it right away. This specific movement took me a couple trys until I could grab the fascia fully because my chest use to be extremely tight. • • •

You’re religious with your skincare—but the breakouts won’t stop. What if the real enemy is dripping down from your hair? Ways your hair care can transfer to skin: -Your hair shampoo/conditioner drip down to your face after washing -Residue is left on your pillows/sheets -Sweat from your head drips down to face -Touching your face after applying hair products -Accidentally spraying products to close to skin Ingredients that may cause acne: Certain oils like coconut, argan, mineral, palm Sulfates :Sodium lauryl sulfate (SLS) Sodium laureth sulfate (SLES) Shea butter, Beeswax,Lanolin, Petrolatum, Isopropyl myristate Drying/Short chain alcohol: Alcohol denat (denatured alcohol)Isopropyl alcohol, Ethanol, SD alcohol (Fatty alcohols are ok) And of course fragrance.. unfortunately this can cause a lot of inflammation • • • • Acne tips Dallas esthetician Holistic esthetician Hair care and acne Skincare tips

This isn’t makeup.. this is the new Merit sunscreen💅🌷💐 “The Uniform” how cute is that name! Tinted sunscreens contain iron oxides which are mineral pigments that effectively block visible light, including blue light, in addition to UV rays. Tinted sunscreens not only enhance your skin’s appearance, but they also offer even better protection. • • •
