Mom Fail. We went hangout downtown this afternoon, walk around, eat, watch the ducks walk the red carpet at the Peabody and then headed to Bass Pro Pyramid for our annual Santa picture but apparently he had already left for the North Pole so we snuck in his work shop and took a picture without him 🤫
