Robinson Enterprises is proud to receive The Best of Nevada County 2025 Best Tire Shop. Without saying, it is wholly due to the Hard Work and Unselfish Service of Alan & Evan throughout 2025. Both are dedicated professionals who went the extra mile to serve our great customers. They always provide the absolute best customer service and take great pride in a job well done. Bravo Zulu Gentlemen! We appreciate you!! Look forward to an even better 2026…, if that’s possible.

If you would like to be part of a great team, come into our Admin Building and speak with the staff.

Well, it’s a wrap in Chester, Ca. for the Jay Wilcox crew.

Jay, Jorge Nunez, Mike Foreman, Greg Prout, Emigdio Garcia & Cody Sciacca have been living and working in Chester for most of the 2025 season. They began their Season in Laporte, Ca before heading to Chester.

All toll, Jay’s crew Harvested, Processed, and Hauled 12.8 million board feet of Fir, Pine, Sugar Pine, and Cedar to various mills and log yards in Northern California. An astounding 2,570 log truck loads of saw logs were hauled.

A lot of the Timber was clean up from the devastating Park Fire that burned into the scar of the Dixie Fire. The balance of the work was to help prevent such terrible destruction from occurring in the future.

Great work Men. Glad to have you back home safe and sound!

The Lowbed team of TeJay Weinmann, Emerson Dunbar, Mike Toney, and Mike Crowder over the last 4 days moved the Equipment back to town.

Tommy Dorris sniffed out his old # 88 and brought Sharon out to wish the team safe travels.

New goings on for REI up in them there hills…. TeJay Weinmann assisting on the Kanaka Creek Bridge overhaul in Alleghany, Ca. The existing bridge was built in 1985 on Plumbago Road in Sierra County. It replaced the pre-existing historical bridge. Plumbago Rd serviced many former & current gold mines. If you’re looking for some adventure, you can find your way from Alleghany to North Bloomfield and back to town. A good Sunday drive I was told as a child....

Happy Labor Day from REI!!

The Crews are taking a well deserved day off to spend time with Family & Friends. At the lake, the park, or the back patio, enjoying BBQ, good food, great fun, and a cold drink.

Hope you’re doing the same.

Our wish is you are appreciated at your place of employment as much as we appreciate our Outstanding Team.

Be safe and we will see you bright and early tomorrow, well maybe not as early as our crews……

Enjoy the Day!

Well….., yesterday morning it was a mountain lion on the job. Today it was this guy. Earlier in the week it was cattle.

And all week long it was the “let’s go check out the woods” greenhorns, ignoring Logging Operation and Log Truck signs, the sound of hotsaws spinning, timber falling, and of course…, blocking the treacherous, narrow, sloped, dirt haul roads.

Plenty of excitement to keep all the Wood’s crews and log truck drivers on their toes.

Happy Labor Day Weekend. Be Safe, Have Fun, Enjoy Time with Family & Friend’s !!
