Big Shout out to the Cleveland Cavaliers organization for bringing us in to upgrade the arena prior to playoffs! Thanks to our crews and all the Union hands that made this possible! This was major undertaking 24/7 for 5 days straight. The Cavs now have a state of the art system with over 250 moving fixtures (including 9 of the only Mad Maxx fixtures available to date) and over 550 total fixtures. Including a massive snow system to bring on the CavAlanche!
Big thanks to all of our Vendors for pulling this off!

Crossfade owner/designer Eric Wade on Geezers of Gear

#224 Eric Wade

Eric is the principal designer and creative director at Crossfade Design, LLC. He got his start in the industry at the ripe age of 14. His mom was a rock singer in the Dallas area and he would help in the lighting and sound booth at her shows. By 16, he was working for a lighting company, building dimmers and consoles from scratch, and renting his own equipment to local bands. At 18, he was the LD for George Strait.

Today, Eric’s robust portfolio includes live events at arenas, convention centers, cruise ships and concert tours.
