MY WIFE SAYS I DON’T PUT ENOUGH EFFORT INTO OUR MARRIAGE, BUT I GEEL LIKE AM DOING EVERYTHING I CAN

So, my wife and I have been married for 3 years. We dated for 4 years before that. For the most part, I thought things were going well — no major fights, good communication (at least I thought), and we both have stable jobs.
The issue came up last week when my wife told me she feels like I don’t put enough effort into our relationship anymore. She said I’ve gotten “too comfortable,” that I don’t plan date nights like I used to, I don’t surprise her with small gestures, and that I spend too much time on my phone when we’re together.
From my perspective, I feel like I’ve been pulling my weight. I do most of the cooking, I handle all the bills, and I make sure our weekends are free for her since her job is super demanding. But she says those are “just responsibilities” and not the same as effort in the relationship.
When I asked what she wanted me to do, she mentioned little things: flowers, love notes, planning a weekend getaway, or just putting my phone down and being fully present. Honestly, I felt a little blindsided because I thought I was being a good husband.
Now I’m questioning myself — am I actually slacking in the romance department? Or is she being unfair by expecting me to constantly “prove” my love when I feel like I show it through actions every day?
So, Reddit… AITA for thinking the things I already do should count as effort in the relationship?
