Annual fundraising gala at the Brookfield Conference Center!

Complete audio, lighting, and staging for a multi-room experience. Three unique spaces, three zones, and one seamless event. Live video integration and content playback from our proud partners at Big Heart Productions.

Production Highlights:
Audio – Multi-zone RCF system covering the ballroom, atrium, and VIP/Raffle ballroom. Each zone featured independent volume control, allowing announcements to be clearly heard across every space from a single wireless mic feed.

Wireless Mics – 3 Shure QLX-D handhelds, Countryman earset, and lav mic for presenters and announcements.

Control – Independent EQ, monitor, and volume zones across all spaces for precise tuning and comfort.

Video – Partnered with our friends at Big Heart Productions to manage playback and live camera feeds through the venue’s permanently installed in-ceiling projection system.

Visuals – 60” display on a Gravity stand for guest information, wayfinding, and thank-you graphics.

Up Lighting – 48 uplights across the ballroom and atrium.

Stage – 20×15 platform with 14’ rear layered black velour drape, stage skirting, and stairs.

Stage Truss & Rigging – Dual 2 m front-corner towers with flank wash and front lectern lighting on Gravity stands; uplights on the backdrop.

Front Spotlight Truss – Dual 13’ lighting totems with 300 W ellipsoidals and COB strips for lectern and side wash.

Photo Area – Re-purposed branded backdrop for guest photos after dinner, with black runner trim, photo lamps, and concealed cabling for a polished finish.

Every cue, every zone, every detail — executed to perfection.
