I want to share something with you. Change can be painful. After abuse the change will seem so painful as if you don't know how to go on. Understand that change means growth. Make sure you find someone to help you through the painful moments because the end result will mean you change your life forever! And when you look at the growth you will understand the pain of change!

📣October is Domestic Violence Month📣
I will be sharing all month about this in the hopes that we can have some open discussions on this subject. My goal is to make others aware and to show some there is hope. Domestic Violence is not just about the physical violence it's so much more. Here are some other things that victims go through.

➡️Financial Abuse
➡️Verbal Abuse
➡️Gaslighting
➡️Sexual Violence
➡️Emotional Abuse
➡️Spiritual Violence

I also want to talk about how these horrible acts can leave you feeling.

Some examples:
🎯self-doubt
🎯worthless
🎯unlovable
🎯fearful
🎯anxious
🎯jumpy
🎯devalued just to name a few.

This is a hard cycle to get out of without the proper support.

There comes a time when you have to block out the noise of the people around you and listen to what God is telling you. It's ok to ask people for advise but there are times when you're being instructed to do something different.

The past few weeks have been heavy for me but I'm so thankful for my sisterhood. The way my sister's surrounded me especially this weekend was more than I could have asked for. I'm here to say that real sisterhood still exist.
