သံအမတ်ကြီး ဦးကျော်မိုးထွန်း ကုလသမဂ္ဂမှာ မြန်မာနိုင်ငံကို ကိုယ်စားပြုပြီး ဆက်ရှိနေခြင်းဟာ မြန်မာပြည်သူတွေရဲ့အသံကို ကမ္ဘာက ကြားနိုင်ဖို့ အခွင့်အရေးတခုဖြစ်တယ်။
သံအမတ်ကြီး ဦးကျော်မိုးထွန်းဟာ ပြောဆိုဆွေးနွေးခွင့်ရတဲ့ အချိန်တိုင်းမှာ မြန်မာပြည်သူတွေရဲ့အသံကို ကမ္ဘာကကြားရအောင်၊ မြန်မာနိုင်ငံမှာ အမှန်တကယ်ဘာတွေဖြစ်ပျက်နေသလဲဆိုတာကို ကမ္ဘာက သိရအောင် စဉ်ဆက်မပြတ် ပြောဆိုဆွေးနွေးတိုက်ပွဲဝင်ခဲ့ပါတယ်။
ဒါ့ကြောင့်လဲ မင်းအောင်လှိုင်ဦးဆောင်တဲ့အကြမ်းဖက်စစ်အုပ်စုဟာ ဦးကျော်မိုးထွန်းကို နည်းလမ်းပေါင်းစုံနဲ့ တိုက်ခိုက်ပြီး ကုလသမဂ္ဂက ထိုင်ခုံကို အသည်းအသန် လိုချင်နေခဲ့တာဖြစ်တယ်။
ကုလသမဂ္ဂဟာ ဦးကျော်မိုးထွန်းကို ဆက်မထားပဲ ထိုင်ခုံအလွတ်ထားလိုက်မယ်ဆိုရင် ဒါဟာ ကုလသမဂ္ဂအနေနဲ့ မြန်မာပြည်သူတွေရဲ့အသံကို ကမ္ဘာက မကြားရအောင် ပိတ်ပစ်လိုက်တဲ့ သဘောဆောင်ပါလိမ့်မယ်။
ဒီ့ထက် ပိုဆိုးပြီး မြန်မာနိုင်ငံကို ကိုယ်စားပြုတဲ့ ထိုင်ခုံကို အကြမ်းဖက်စစ်တပ်ဘက်က တဦးဦးကို နေရာပေးလိုက်မယ်ဆိုရင် ဒါဟာ ကုလသမဂ္ဂဟာ မြန်မာပြည်သူတွေကို လုံးဝလျစ်လျှူရှုလိုက်ပြီး စစ်အုပ်စုရဲ့ အလိမ်အညာတွေအတွက် လမ်းဖွင့်ပေးလိုက်တဲ့ သဘောဆောင်ပါလိမ့်မယ်။
ဦးကျော်မိုးထွန်းဟာ မြန်မာပြည်သူတွေရဲ့သံအမတ်ဖြစ်တယ် … ဦးကျော်မိုးထွန်းဟာ မြန်မာပြည်သူတွေရဲ့အသံဖြစ်တယ်။
မြန်မာပြည်သူတွေရဲ့ အသံကို ပိတ်မပစ်ပါနဲ့။
အကြမ်းဖက်စစ်အုပ်စုရဲ့ အလိမ်အညာတွေကို လမ်းဖွင့်မပေးပါနဲ့။




Our Ambassador – Our Voice

Ambassador U Kyaw Moe Tun’s continued presence at the United Nations as the representative of Myanmar gives the people of Myanmar an opportunity for their voices to be heard by the world.

Whenever Ambassador U Kyaw Moe Tun has had the opportunity to speak and engage in discussions, he has consistently spoken up and fought to ensure that the voices of the people of Myanmar are heard and that the world knows what is truly happening in Myanmar.

That is why the military group led by Min Aung Hlaing has attacked him in every possible way and has been desperately trying to take Myanmar’s seat at the United Nations.

If the United Nations does not allow U Kyaw Moe Tun to continue in his position and instead leaves Myanmar’s seat vacant, it would effectively mean silencing the voices of the people of Myanmar and preventing the world from hearing them.

Even worse, if Myanmar’s seat is given to a representative of the military, it would mean that the United Nations is completely disregarding the people of Myanmar and opening the door for the military’s lies and propaganda.

U Kyaw Moe Tun is the Ambassador of the people of Myanmar.
U Kyaw Moe Tun is the Voice of the people of Myanmar.

Do not silence the voices of the people of Myanmar.
Do not open the door to the military’s lies and propaganda.

မြန်မာပြည်သူတွေရဲ့အသံကို ကုလသမဂ္ဂကနေ ကမ္ဘာက ကြားသိနိုင်အောင် သံအမတ်ကြီး ဦးကျော်မိုးထွန်းက အစဉ်တစိုက် ရပ်တည်ပြောဆိုပေးနေပါတယ်။

အဲဒီအသံတွေထဲမှာ ကျွန်တော့်မေမေ ဒေါ်အောင်ဆန်းစုကြည်နဲ့ မတရားဖမ်းဆီးခံထားရတဲ့ နိုင်ငံရေးအကျဉ်းသားတွေ ရဲ့ အကြောင်း၊ မြန်မာတစ်နိုင်ငံလုံးက ပြည်သူတွေဟာ စစ်တပ်ရဲ့ လေကြောင်းတိုက်ခိုက်မှုတွေ၊ မတရားဖမ်းဆီးမှုတွေနဲ့ ရက်စက်ကြမ်းကြုတ်မှုတွေကြောင့် ဒုက္ခကြုံနေရတဲ့အကြောင်းတွေ ပါဝင်ပါတယ်။ ဒီအသံတွေကို စစ်တပ်က နှုတ်ပိတ်ဖို့ ကြိုးစားနေချိန်မှာ ဦးကျော်မိုးထွန်းက လျစ်လျူရှုထားလို့မရအောင် အာမခံပေးနေပါတယ်။
ကုလသမဂ္ဂမှာ မြန်မာပြည်သူတွေရဲ့အသံ ဆက်လက်ကြားနေရဖို့ ဘယ်လောက်အရေးကြီးတယ်ဆိုတာ မေမေ့ရဲ့ သားတစ်ယောက်အနေနဲ့ ကျွန်တော် ကောင်းကောင်းသိပါတယ်။
အခုအချိန်မှာတော့ ဦးကျော်မိုးထွန်းအတွက် ကျွန်တော်တို့ အသံတွေထွက်ပေးဖို့ အရေးကြီးပါတယ်။

အားလုံးအတူတကွ ရပ်တည်ပြီး တောင်းဆိုကြပါ။

Public Call to Action
Ambassador U Kyaw Moe Tun has made sure the voice of the people of Burma is heard at the United Nations.

That includes my mother, Daw Aung San Suu Kyi, political prisoners, and people across Burma suffering from airstrikes, arbitrary arrests, and the brutality of the military regime. When the military tries to silence them, U Kyaw Moe Tun ensures their plight is not ignored.

As her son, I know how critical it is that the people of Burma retain effective representation at the UN.
Now, our voices matter for him too.
Please stand together and make your call heard. U Kyaw Moe Tun must continue as Burma’s Permanent Representative to the United Nations.

“အမေရိကန်တစ်ဝန်းမှ တော်လှန်အင်အားစုများအား လေးစားစွာ ဖိတ်ခေါ်ခြင်း”

🇲🇲 အမေရိကန်ပြည်ထောင်စုအတွင်းရှိ တော်လှန်အင်အားစုများ၊ တိုင်းရင်းသားအင်အားစုများနှင့် တော်လှန်ညီအစ်ကိုမောင်နှမများခင်ဗျား—

လာမည့် စက်တင်ဘာလ ၈ ရက်နေ့တွင် ကုလသမဂ္ဂ အထွေထွေညီလာခံ (81st Session of the UN General Assembly) ကို စတင်ကျင်းပမည်ဖြစ်ပါသည်။ မြန်မာနိုင်ငံ၏ ကုလသမဂ္ဂကိုယ်စားပြုမှုနှင့်ပတ်သက်၍ Credentials Committee အဖွဲ့ဝင် ၉ နိုင်ငံ၏ ဆုံးဖြတ်ချက်သည် အရေးပါသော အခန်းကဏ္ဍမှ ပါဝင်လာမည်ဖြစ်ပါသည်။
