Rashelle Stetman is a full-time Fine Artist//Commission Artist. While building her career in the fine art world, she creates custom pieces for private and commercial clients worldwide. She graduated from Rocky Mountain College of Art and Design in 2014 with a BA in Fine Arts/Painting. Stetman specializes in creating custom pet portraits, hand illustrated logos, tattoo designs and western art. Whil

e mainly working in dry medias like color pencil, graphite and pen, she also paints in oils and watercolors. For years she had built her art business, Rashelle Stetman Art in Denver, then moved to San Diego, California to expand her clientele and opportunities in the Art World. Stetman’s clientele includes well renown Actor, Chad Michael Murray, Icelantic Skis, NFL Player, Derek Wolfe, Tall-T Productions, Superior Ink, Trust Me Vodka, Mountain Man Micro Farms, etc.

Life on the road reminds me that peace comes when you stop forcing & let life unfold. Some days you don’t know where you’ll end up, and that’s the beauty of it. Have you ever felt things aren’t working regardless of the dedicated, repetitive efforts? It happens in my art all the time- you have a plan and start drawing and it looks like I drew it with my eyes closed or something 😂

Have you ever thought, there’s something better for you out there? Life speaks to us in not so direct ways. It’s up to us to understand the message, opening our hearts & minds to new paths.

As an extremely driven person, I beleive in hard work. I also believe theres beauty in letting go to allow the universe to work its magic.

I couldn’t ask for a better chapter of life while being fully blindsided by all the unexpected moments, I’ve been blessed with incredible new friends I’ve connected to on the road. From people recognizing you walking somewhere or you’re drawing and they realize they have seen your work on IG, I believe in divine timing and connecting with the people who are meant to be in your life as you were meant to be in theirs. From ones who started as clients then became some of my ride or dies, to right place, right time situations opening doors I never saw possible- my life has changed.

Thank you to all of you inspiring me to be the wanderer I am, finding all the gems life has to offer including you and your story help inspire my path moving forward. ♥️

Over a decade of late nights working no one saw ✅

Used peoples doubts as motivation ✅

Made sacrifices staying loyal to my goals ✅

Kept a small circle ✅

Got used to spending time alone & managing “loneliness” ✅

Focused on learning from failures instead of the emotions associated ✅

Expected challenges, learning to embrace what felt impossible. Make it exciting like it’s happening for you—In that perspective the answers come easier ✅

Kill the ego to get s**t done. You’ll feel embarrassed at times, then it will start to not matter. Send those emails, make cold calls, send follow up emails, call again—show up to the offices…You won’t make a name for yourself in any industry until you make it happen- who cares if you annoy ppl. Now they know you & your work. ✅

Bravery over fear. In every action towards growth fear cannot be present. When you want something bad enough, there’s no room to play it safe. ✅

When you feel like complaining, put that feeling into some kind of task that will get you closer to your goals. Make this a habit eliminating wasted time. ✅

Learn from others success AND failures. Don’t just pay attention to what competitors do right study what they did WRONG. ✅

If you choose to date while building a business, only do it because they encourage your hustle. If they begin to question your time allocation or why it’s important, let it go. ✅

Get yourself in the right rooms. Consider the opportunities that can come from being at a specific event with specific people. The power of networking always hits harder when making an impression in person. ✅
